[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan Gijang-gun held the 'Youth Participation Organization Joint Workshop and Launch Ceremony' at the Gijang-gun Youth Training Center for two days from the 21st to the 22nd.
About 60 members of the Gijang-gun Youth Participation Committee and the youth operation committees of three youth training facilities participated in this joint workshop.
During the event, activities for proposing youth policies and time for exchange were held, and the launch ceremony of the youth participation organization marking the start of activities was conducted.

The youth participation organization is operated to secure the representation of local youth, provide youth with opportunities to participate in various fields, and implement youth facility management and youth policies that meet the desires and needs of young people.
Going forward, the youth participation organization will hold regular meetings at least once a month and engage in diverse committee activities to revitalize youth training facilities, propose effective youth policies, and reflect youth opinions in county administration.
Jeong Jong-bok, the mayor of Gijang-gun, said, “I ask for active proposals and participation so that youth policies can be promoted representing the youth of Gijang, and I will actively support and encourage your activities.”
