[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) signed a 'Mutual Cooperation Agreement' with the Korea Association of Property Appraisers on the 22nd.
This agreement was promoted to enhance external competitiveness, work transparency, and residents' trust in the compensation field of development projects through mutual cooperation between the two organizations.
Accordingly, the two organizations will establish a cooperative relationship including ▲ comprehensive education and information exchange related to compensation work ▲ support for professional personnel to strengthen compensation capabilities ▲ activation of property appraisers' participation in compensation work ▲ mutual cooperation in various tasks necessary for the stable and efficient performance of property appraisers' duties.
As the 3rd phase new town project is in full swing, GH plans to further enhance transparency and fairness in compensation work and strengthen employees' internal expertise and project capabilities.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, emphasized, "Taking this agreement as an opportunity, GH will strengthen the efficiency and reliability of compensation work, including cultivating its own compensation evaluation and review capabilities, and strive to contribute to residents' housing stability through timely and fair compensation for the smooth promotion of the 3rd phase new town development project."
