The Integrity Citizen Auditors, composed of Professor Naju Mong from Chonnam National University and Kim Tae-su, Chief Labor Attorney of Jeil Human Resources Labor Corporation, conduct audits and advisory activities on the institution's major policies and corruption-prone areas to ensure transparent and highly reliable museum operations.
During the meeting held with the acting director present, the 2023 audit plan and measures to eradicate power harassment were reported, and the vision of "a communicating, trusting, and growing science museum" was set with three main goals: revitalizing organizational communication, enhancing fairness and rationality, and strengthening organizational capabilities.
Additionally, the meeting discussed effective operational plans for the four detailed implementation plans to achieve these goals: ▲ creating a culture of respect and eradicating power harassment through communication ▲ fundamentally blocking elements of power harassment through system improvements and expanded education ▲ establishing a system for reporting and supervising damages ▲ strengthening protection for victims and punishment for perpetrators.
