Dongbu Construction's Premium Residential Brand, 'Centreville Asterium Signature' February Sale

Dongbu Construction is introducing ‘Centreville Asterium Signature,’ a residential reconstruction project in Yeokchon 1 District, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.


‘Asterium’ is Dongbu Construction’s premium residential brand. The company has previously launched Centreville Asterium projects in prime locations within Seoul, including ‘Banpo Centreville Asterium,’ ‘Centreville Asterium Yongsan,’ and ‘Centreville Asterium Seoul.’


‘Centreville Asterium Signature’ is a complex with a total of 752 households, offering 454 units for sale with exclusive areas ranging from 46 to 84㎡. Adjacent to it is ‘Yeokchon Centreville,’ completed in 2011, forming a brand town with a total of 1,152 households.


The complex is well-equipped with abundant living infrastructure. Within a 10-minute drive, residents can access major shopping facilities such as E-Mart, NC Department Store, and public institutions including the Seoul Metropolitan Seobuk Hospital, Seobu Hospital, Eunpyeong District Office, and Seobu Police Station, providing convenient living.
