Caviar Franchise announced on the 22nd that it will launch ‘Taqueria Macha,’ a street taco brand where you can enjoy tacos, a representative Mexican dish, with the authentic local taste and atmosphere.

Taqueria Macha is a traditional Mexican restaurant based on the concept of ‘Taqueria,’ which symbolizes Mexican street food culture and refers to food stalls, food carts, or restaurants. You can enjoy tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and more. Chef Hyun Jung, who successfully launched the famous Italian restaurant ‘Blooming Garden’ and the premium steakhouse ‘Butcher’s Cut,’ participated in menu development. The interior features a mural story of a cart that captures the local atmosphere with the vibrant colors characteristic of Mexican art.

The main menu includes three types of tacos: ▲traditional Michoac?n pork assorted taco ‘Carnitas,’ ▲spicy and sweet pork taco ‘Adobada,’ and ▲Mexican sausage taco ‘Chorizo,’ as well as one quesadilla with Adobada. All use 100% masa harina corn tortillas made in-house. There are also exotic side dishes such as the spicy Taqueria signature ‘Macha Ramen’ and the ‘Burrito Bowl’ with jasmine rice.

For beverages, Son Seok-ho, a world-class champion bartender who runs ‘Sokoba’ in Hannam-dong, personally developed signature drinks. There are tequila-based cocktails such as the classic Margarita, Macha signature Margarita, and Mint Chocolate Margarita. In addition, Mexican representative tequilas and beers like Jose Cuervo and Corona, as well as Haritos, a soda famous as Mexico’s national soda, are available.

Meanwhile, Taqueria Macha will hold a soft opening on the 23rd, offering up to 50% discounts on all menu items limited to dinner for two days. Afterward, a taco takeout event priced at 1,000 won will be held during weekend lunch hours for four weeks.
