Summers Platform Appoints Jeong Hee-jeong as New CEO

Connect Wave's Summers Platform announced on the 22nd that it held a general shareholders' meeting and board of directors meeting and appointed Executive Director Jeong Hee-jeong (in charge of business operations) as the new CEO.

New CEO Jeong is an e-commerce expert who has served as a service planning and marketing lead at Hancom and eBay Korea, and has worked at Summers Platform for over seven years.

During his tenure, he significantly increased transaction volumes on Enuri Price Comparison (Enuri.com) through service enhancement and partnership activation, and played a major role in the company's growth by leading the development of new business models based on over 1.3 billion shopping data points.

CEO Jeong stated, "We will provide shopping information that satisfies customers through continuous enhancement of price comparison services," adding, "Together with our employees, we will do our best to develop and grow as a shopping big data specialized company, leading with price subscription."
