GS Construction to Launch Sales of Huigyeong Xi Decencia Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 21st that it will launch the large-scale apartment complex 'Hwigyeong Xi Decencia' in the Seoul Imun·Hwigyeong New Town next month.

This complex is a large-scale apartment complex with a total of 1,806 households introduced through the redevelopment of Hwigyeong 3 District in Hwigyeong-dong 172 area, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. It consists of 14 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 700 units available for general sale.

The complex features a double-station area location, adjacent to Hoegi Station on Subway Line 1, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and Gyeongchun Line, as well as Hwigyeong Station. It also offers convenient access to Mangu-ro, Hancheon-ro, Dongbu Expressway, and the Inner Circular Road.

The complex is mainly arranged in a 'V-shaped' south-facing layout to maximize natural lighting. The resident community center within the complex will include a fitness club, golf practice range, GX room, and a small library.

Nearby Cheongnyangni hosts Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mart, and Costco is located near Sangbong Station. Major universities such as Korea University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and University of Seoul are also in the vicinity.

Hwigyeong Xi Decencia recently applied the eased real estate regulations, allowing those aged 19 or older residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon to apply for subscription even if they own a house.
