Changwon Facilities Corporation Holds 'Jinhae Gunhangje Comprehensive Inspection Meeting'

Operation of Comprehensive Safety Situation Room During Gunhangje Festival

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam held the ‘61st Jinhae Gunhangje Comprehensive Inspection Meeting’ on the 20th at the Jinhae Marine Park Solar Park conference room to review detailed plans for supporting a successful festival.


Presided over by Chairman Kim Jong-hae, about 10 people attended the meeting, including heads of the headquarters’ planning and safety departments, Jinhae Marine Park Management Office, Marine Facilities Management Office, Jehwahsan Monorail, and Changwon City Tour Bus related departments.


At the meeting, each department reported on safety and preparation matters, and discussed countermeasures to address issues identified during the preparation process.

Regarding the Gunhangje event, the corporation plans to prioritize safety management and customer convenience by operating a comprehensive safety situation room from March 24 to April 3, to promptly respond to various emergencies occurring during the festival period.


Additionally, to create a safe and comfortable viewing environment, the corporation is implementing a ‘Comprehensive Facility Management Plan’ for each facility, including the Marine Park, Marine Leisure Sports Center, and Jinhae Public Stadium.


Prior to this, the corporation conducted a preliminary safety inspection of facilities from the 9th to the 14th to prevent safety accidents, and is also carrying out maintenance work on various facilities, outdoor benches, restrooms, and environmental cleanup activities.


Chairman Kim Jong-hae said, “Please make every effort in the remaining period for facility management and other preparations to ensure that this Gunhangje, held for the first time in four years, becomes a perfect and safe festival.”
