According to the post, the writer A's mother was attacked by a large dog without a leash or muzzle while holding her pet dog during a walk in front of their house. During this incident, A lost hold of the dog she was carrying. The large dog bit and shook A's dog on the back. A tried to separate the agitated large dog from her dog but was unable to do so.
At that time, the mother slowly approached the other dog's owner, B, and said, "Is this dog yours, sir? Please stop it. Your dog is biting ours and it will die," but B got angry instead, asking why she was shouting. When B tried to leave, they attempted to get B's contact information but were unable to. The mother only received the contact details after explaining the situation to the police.
A's family hurriedly took their dog to an animal hospital. However, the response was despairing. The hospital diagnosed that the dog's spinal nerves were completely damaged and that it would live with paralysis from the waist down for life. The hospital also said it was uncertain whether the dog could endure surgery, and since the damaged spinal nerves had been infected by a virus, euthanasia was recommended as there was no chance of survival.

The diagnosis document disclosed by A states, "Complete loss of spinal bone continuity. Nerve damage is deemed inevitable, meeting the criteria for euthanasia, euthanasia is recommended."
A said, "It is very unfair and sad that the dog ended up in this situation, but what angers me more is the attitude of the other dog's family," adding, "(B) did not say sorry at all, and it was B's wife and daughter who came to the hospital and police station. They said, 'How can we compensate you?' instead of 'Sorry' or 'We apologize.' Is that something people who raise dogs should say?" expressing anger.
A's family had an argument with B's family, and B's family reportedly left saying, "Do it by the law."
A's family intends to pursue all possible legal actions to ensure the maximum punishment. The writer stated, "I know the Animal Protection Act results in light punishments, so I want to use every method to make sure they receive the strongest possible penalty," adding, "We have secured CCTV footage and hired a lawyer. We plan to file complaints to prevent such incidents from happening again. Anyone, please help."
Finally, A lamented, "Our innocent dog has gone to heaven. On the day of the incident, we had to euthanize our dog," and said, "Even in a very painful situation, I cannot forget the moment the dog tried to lift its head when it saw me at the hospital. I'm sorry," expressing deep sorrow.
