Gwangju Nambu Fire Station Conducts Self-Evaluation of Fire Safety Plans for Apartment Complexes

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangju Nambu Fire Station announced on the 16th that it conducted the 'Self-Evaluation Contest for Fire Safety Plans in Apartment Complexes.'

The evaluation contest held this time was organized as part of a special winter policy to strengthen voluntary safety management centered on apartment stakeholders and to enhance the work capabilities of fire safety management.

Accordingly, from the 9th to the 14th, Nambu Fire Station guided the submission of fire safety plans for apartment complexes with more than 500 households to check the establishment of fire safety plans for 2023 and the appropriateness of the fire safety plans, with a total of 28 sites submitting their plans.

In the first preliminary evaluation, based on fire prevention and the appropriateness of fire facility maintenance and management, 9 out of 28 sites were selected, and in the second final evaluation, 3 sites were chosen as the final excellent winners based on the scores of each item on the fire safety plan evaluation sheet.

The final excellent winners, ‘Jungheung S-Class Liberty, Hyundai 2nd Apartment, Hanshin 2nd Apartment,’ were awarded the Excellent Apartment Fire Station Chief Award, and the non-selected sites will be provided with customized fire safety plan preparation guidance and safety consulting.
