According to TV Chosun on the 15th, a man in his 40s identified as Mr. A was caught the previous night spying on the women's changing room at a swimming pool in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. The released closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage showed Mr. A dressed in a white padded jumper, pink mask, short skirt, black stockings, and women's shoes, moving from the subway station to the swimming pool.

Mr. A, wearing a short wig as part of his disguise, entered the women's changing room and returned to the subway station about 20 minutes later.

However, a swimming pool member who found Mr. A’s appearance suspicious reported him, prompting the police to arrive and apprehend him at the subway. He reportedly admitted to the police, saying, "I disguised myself as a woman to spy on the women's changing room."

Further police investigation confirmed that Mr. A is a public official responsible for resident support tasks at a district office in Seoul. The district office reportedly told TV Chosun that Mr. A is "on leave until next Monday."
