LG Unicharm Launches Lightweight Incontinence Product 'Sofyale Day Shield'

LG Unicharm's Sofy announced on the 14th the launch of a new product exclusively for urinary incontinence, ‘Sofy Ale Day Shield.’

Sofy Ale Day Shield was developed for women in their 40s and 50s who are socially active and experiencing mild urinary incontinence symptoms. It consists of a total of five types: one liner, two pads (small and medium capacity), and two panties (medium and large size), allowing customers to choose the appropriate product according to their usage patterns and symptoms.

In particular, the liners and pads use Unicharm's proprietary absorbent sheets, enabling worry-free use without leakage. The panties feature a cotton-feel waistband to enhance comfort and absorbency.

An LG Unicharm representative said, “Many women in their 40s and 50s feel embarrassed and hide their mild urinary incontinence symptoms, enduring discomfort. We hope that by using Sofy Ale Day Shield, customers can resolve their hidden discomfort and live more confidently and boldly than before.”
