Hyundai Rotem Introduces Employee Learning Platform 'Smart Learning'

Providing Over 3,000 Job Training Content

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Pyeonghwa] Hyundai Rotem announced on the 13th that it will introduce a ‘Smart Learning’ platform for its employees.

Smart Learning is an annual subscription (OTT) service platform that provides learning content. It integrates with the existing learning platform, e-campus, to manage employees' learning history. It supports a total of about 3,000 job-related contents, including mandatory legal education, general management, leadership, humanities, and data analysis.

Hyundai Rotem introduced Smart Learning to meet the diverse job learning needs of employees in a rapidly changing industrial environment. It also aims to enhance employees' work efficiency. In the future, a mobile app version of Smart Learning will be launched to improve service accessibility.

A Hyundai Rotem official said, “We plan to continuously improve the system through ongoing feedback so that it can become an educational system that satisfies all employees.”
