Seoul City Announces Recruitment for the 8th Seoul Video Creators

Selection of 15 Teams for Video Creators

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 13th that it is recruiting the "8th Seoul Video Creators" until the 26th, targeting video creators active in various fields.

Since the first term in 2016 up to the 7th term last year, Seoul Video Creators have produced 636 unique video contents about Seoul’s policies, culture, and lifestyle information, distributing them through creators' personal channels and city media, thereby delivering diverse news about Seoul both domestically and internationally.

The Seoul Video Creators selected this time will be active for a total of 10 months from March to December 2023, receiving various benefits including production support funds.

The content produced by Seoul Video Creators will be introduced domestically and abroad through their personal channels as well as Seoul’s official promotional media (city SNS, Seoul City Blog, Live Seoul, etc.), and to produce diverse and professional content, recruitment fields such as culture & tourism, overseas promotion, policy & events, law & lifestyle information, etc., will be designated and selected at the recruitment stage for creators to work by field.

Applications can be submitted online until the 26th.

The final selection of applicants will be decided through evaluation by experts in related fields, and successful candidates will be individually notified by the 10th of next month. For more detailed information regarding recruitment, inquiries can be made to the New Media Officer.
