Booyoung Group, First-Come-First-Served Supply of Namyangju Booyoung Ashiang Shopping Mall

[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Booyoung Group announced on the 10th that it is currently offering about 40 commercial units in Booyoung Ashiang Residential-Commercial Complex, located at 24 Donong-ro, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, for sale and lease on a first-come, first-served basis.

The commercial complex consists of two buildings, Wonang-gwan and Sarang-gwan, spanning the 1st and 2nd floors above ground, with a total of 186 stores. The area varies from 16㎡ to 174㎡ in exclusive use space. Emart Dasan Branch is located in the basement of the commercial complex, and a large sports center is situated on the 2nd floor of Wonang-gwan. Convenience facilities such as banks, hospitals, academies, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are also established.

A Booyoung Group official stated, "The commercial complex has a hinterland demand of 6,000 households from the residential-commercial complex and nearby Plurium Apartments, and it is located right in front of Donong Station on the subway, so there will be many passing customers."
