[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 9th that it will begin full-scale sales of 'The Sharp Arte' in Incheon on the 10th.
'The Sharp Arte' is planned to be developed as a large complex consisting of 10 buildings with a total of 1,146 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, located at 1545-2, Juan-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Among them, 770 households with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡ are subject to general sales. By exclusive area, it consists only of popular small to medium-sized types: ▲39㎡ 60 households ▲59㎡ 465 households ▲74㎡ 157 households ▲84㎡ 88 households.
'The Sharp Arte' is conveniently located within 100 meters of Seokbawi Market Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, making subway use convenient. The GTX-B line (planned), which will begin construction next year, includes transfer stations for Incheon Subway Line 1 and Line 2, making travel to Seoul more convenient. Access to Inju-daero, Munhak IC, and Dohwa IC allows easy entry to Incheon-daero (1st Gyeongin Expressway) and 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, enabling fast travel by car.
The exterior of the complex will feature a curtain wall look, and steel gateposts, which have not been seen in the existing Incheon old downtown area, will be installed. Additionally, systems such as AiQ TECH, which allows control of electric vehicle charging systems, lighting, and heating/cooling from outside, and UV-C LED sterilizing lighting inside elevators will be applied.
The subscription schedule will proceed in the order of special supply on the 13th, first priority subscription on the 14th, and second priority subscription on the 15th. The first priority subscription qualification for The Sharp Arte is for residents of Incheon, Seoul, and Gyeonggi-do aged 19 or older with a subscription savings account membership period of 12 months or more. Those who meet these conditions can apply for subscription regardless of the number of houses they own.
