Reportable acts include ▲closing or blocking fire safety facilities installed in multi-use establishments and sales facilities ▲leaving fire safety facilities blocked or in a malfunctioning state ▲closing or blocking fire doors for fire compartments ▲closing or blocking hallway and stairway entrances.

To report, download the report form from the Customer Complaint Reporting Center on the Gwangju Metropolitan City Fire Safety Headquarters website, fill it out, attach evidence such as photos of the violation, and submit it via internet, fax, mail, or in person.

After review, if the illegal act is confirmed, a reward will be given to the reporter.
