Final Presentation Meeting for Research Service Held

On the 7th, Sancheong-gun held the 'Final Report Meeting on the Construction of Sancheong-gun Integrated Food Support Center' at the Sancheong-gun Agricultural Technology Center.
The Integrated Food Support Center will serve as a control tower that manages the entire process from production to logistics and consumption to ensure stable supply and expansion of local agricultural products used in supply meals.
This final report meeting was prepared to conduct a feasibility study prior to establishing the basic plan for the support center construction. Previously, Sancheong-gun promoted the project last year to establish the basic plan for the support center, continuously sharing and communicating progress through interim report meetings.

Subsequently, various opinions from experts and producing farmers were reflected, and the final service was completed. At the final report meeting, in-depth surveys on farmers related to the production, processing, distribution, and consumption of agricultural and marine products were shared.
In particular, there was an in-depth discussion on the operation plan of the support center and the standards for food ingredients, including the delivery status of food ingredients. Accordingly, Sancheong-gun plans to carefully review the final service results by sector and gradually implement the food strategy.
In addition, it plans to proactively respond to the supply meal project following the establishment of the Integrated Food Support Center.
County Governor Lee Seung-hwa said, “We will continue regular discussions among administration, farmers, and experts to establish a food circulation system,” adding, “Through this, we will spare no support to ensure safe food and lead to practical income for farmers.”
