Heerim Collaborates with China Architecture 6th Bureau on Investment Development Projects to "Secure Overseas Markets"

[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Heerim Architects & Planners announced on the 8th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation in domestic and overseas investment projects with China State Construction Engineering Corporation Sixth Bureau (hereinafter China Construction 6th Bureau), the world's largest construction company.

Under this agreement, Heerim will actively cooperate in various architectural and infrastructure investment development projects promoted by China Construction 6th Bureau. These include domestic real estate development projects in Yeosu, Busan, and Jeju, new town development projects in the Middle East region (Saudi Arabia, Iraq), hotel development projects in the Philippines, renewable energy investment development projects in Vietnam, and development projects in Utah, USA.


A Heerim official stated, "By establishing a strategic partnership with the world's largest construction company, we expect to generate significant synergy in various fields going forward," adding, "Based on the technological capabilities and know-how of both companies, we will successfully complete the ongoing investment development projects and use this as a foothold to continuously secure overseas markets."


Meanwhile, China Construction 6th Bureau is a global construction company headquartered in Tianjin (天津, Tianjin), China. It has overseas subsidiaries and branches in various parts of the world including the Malay Archipelago, Indochina, Central Asia, Israel, Africa, and the Middle East. The company operates in diverse sectors such as buildings, roads, railways, ports, energy, plants, and investment development projects.
