Lim Hee-jeong Signs Sponsorship Deal with Doosan Construction..."Top Tour Level"

Prain Global Sportizen announced on the 8th that Lim Hee-jeong (23), the winner of last year's Korea Women's Open, has signed a main sponsorship contract with Doosan Construction. The contract period is two years until 2024. Sportizen stated that Lim Hee-jeong's contract terms are among the top-level main sponsorship agreements signed by players on this season's Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour.

Lim Hee-jeong will participate in the Aramco Saudi Ladies International of the Ladies European Tour (LET), held in Saudi Arabia on the 16th, wearing a hat bearing the Doosan Construction logo. She said, "I am grateful to Doosan Construction for recognizing my value as a player," and added, "I will work hard to create many wonderful moments together with Doosan Construction."

Lim Hee-jeong debuted on the KLPGA Tour in 2019, making a name for herself by winning a total of three titles that year, including one major. She added two more wins in 2021 and 2022. Known for her calm and smart playing style, she is nicknamed the "Desert Fox" among fans. She won the KLPGA Popular Player Award, voted by fans, for two consecutive years in 2021 and 2022. Last year, she set the record for the lowest score ever to win the national title at the DB Group 36th Korea Women's Open.
