BNK Busan Bank Holds Launch Ceremony for Customer Panel 'CX Explorer'

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] BNK Busan Bank held the inauguration ceremony for the 6th BNK Busan Bank Customer Panel ‘CX (Customer eXperience) Explorer’ at its headquarters on the afternoon of the 6th.


At the inauguration ceremony, Busan Bank awarded appointment letters to the 25 ‘CX Explorers’ who were finally selected through the first document screening and the second interview, and announced their future activity plans.

CX Explorers were finally selected by generation and occupation to listen to the voices of various customers.


The selected members will directly experience Busan Bank’s products and services, provide diverse opinions, and propose improvements regarding product and service planning and development, branch services, and work processes.


Kang Jong-hoon, Executive Director and Chief Officer of Financial Consumer Protection at Busan Bank, said, “We hope that CX Explorers will become valuable stepping stones for improving products and services,” and added, “We will actively reflect the opinions of CX Explorers to provide better financial services to our customers.”
