Jeon Juhwan, involved in the 'Sindang Station stalking murder' case, is being transferred from Namdaemun Police Station detention center in Jung-gu, Seoul to the prosecution on September 21 last year.
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daehyun] Jeon Juhwan (31, male), who murdered a station attendant at Sindang Station whom he had been stalking, was sentenced to 40 years in prison in the first trial.
On the afternoon of the 7th, the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Division 25-1 (Presiding Judges Park Jeonggil, Park Jeongje, Park Sarang) sentenced Jeon Juhwan, who was indicted on charges including violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (retaliatory murder), to 40 years in prison.
