Advertising agency Bomsen Co., Ltd. (CEO Oh Deok) recently announced that it won two gold awards in the 2022 Korea Digital Advertising Awards organized by the Korea Digital Advertising Association: the Gold Award in the Creative Digital Video category and the Gold Award in the Digital Audio category (advertiser Shinhan Bank).
This Digital Advertising Awards featured a total of 300 advertising campaigns from both domestic and international participants, with intense competition and judging held over a month. Among them, Bomsen received two gold awards in the highly competitive creative category.
Bomsen transformed the somewhat rigid and conservative consumer perception traditionally held by the security industry through a new type of digital viral campaign that had never existed before. Additionally, it played a major role in successfully launching the "Good Review Song" campaign targeting consumers to ensure the successful establishment of Shinhan Bank's new delivery app, Ttaenggeoyo.
In the digital video category, the viral video for the security company, produced in collaboration with YouTuber Hyukpok, surpassed a total of 35 million views. It successfully broke the fixed stereotype that consumers had about the security industry being rigid and stiff.
In the digital audio category, the "Good Review Song" for Shinhan Bank's Ttaenggeoyo, produced with singer Lee Hyuk, expressed the hardships of store owners regarding delivery apps through song, successfully imprinting the image of Ttaenggeoyo as a kind delivery app in consumers' minds.
Meanwhile, Bomsen was ranked first as the fastest-growing company in the advertising and marketing sector in the Asia-Pacific region by the UK’s FINANCIAL TIMES last year.
