BLACKPINK Lisa Also Purchases 7.5 Billion Won Detached House in Seongbuk-dong
Group TWICE member Tzuyu (24) is reported to have purchased a luxury penthouse in her hometown of Taiwan.
On the 6th, Indonesian media outlet Intipseleb reported that Tzuyu visited her hometown during the Lunar New Year holidays in January and bought a penthouse in Kaohsiung City for 100 million Taiwanese dollars (approximately 4.1 billion KRW). The property is currently known as the most expensive listing in Kaohsiung City.
According to reports, the penthouse Tzuyu purchased is in a building that houses the 33-story Xionggang Xinyi Art Museum and features high-end amenities such as a swimming pool and spa room.
The residence is located close to Tzuyu's mother's workplace, and it is said that Tzuyu bought the place for her mother. Earlier, news had circulated that Tzuyu visited this building with her mother during the Lunar New Year.
Tzuyu reportedly completed the final payment and ownership transfer registration on the 16th of last month. Details such as the exclusive area and contract specifics have not been disclosed.
This is not the first time an idol has made headlines for real estate purchases. Previously, BLACKPINK member Lisa made headlines for buying a detached house in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, for 7.5 billion KRW. Lisa reportedly signed the contract for this detached house in July last year and completed the final payment earlier this year.
