The inauguration ceremony was attended by about 80 employees, including heads of departments and offices.

Chief Moon joined the police in 1998 as the 46th class of the Police Cadet Officer and has served as the head of the Gwangju Metropolitan Police Agency's Community Safety Division, Chief of Haenam Police Station, and Officer in charge of Inspection, Audit, and Human Rights.
