Chef Lee Yeon-bok, well known as a master of Chinese cuisine (Jungsik), is introducing a premium domestic Gaoliang liquor.
According to the liquor industry on the 6th, Chef Lee Yeon-bok launched the premium Gaoliang liquor "Lee Yeon 56" in collaboration with the agricultural corporation Korea Gaoliang Liquor.
The product name "Lee Yeon" is derived from the first two syllables of his Korean name. In Chinese characters, it carries a double meaning of "good connection (利緣)." The number "56" at the end refers to the product's alcohol content of 56%.
Chef Lee Yeon-bok is a famous Chinese cuisine chef who has gained recognition through various broadcasting activities and currently operates the Chinese restaurant "Mokran" in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
