Baekdabang, a brand under The Born Korea, announced on the 6th that it will launch the 'Yesan Apple Sand,' made using Yesan apples, with the aim of coexisting with local farms.
The new menu item was planned as part of Baekdabang's 'Our Value Project,' which utilizes local agricultural products to offer a delicious experience, and it is expected to satisfy customers looking for unique dessert options.
The Yesan Apple Sand features a sweet flavor with Yesan apple jam made from fragrant Yesan apples and handmade cream between soft bread slices. In particular, the Yesan apple jam contains larger pieces of apple compared to regular jams, providing a chewy texture that enhances the appeal of the soft sandwich.
Meanwhile, Baekdabang is significantly strengthening its 'Cold Brew Hot' line as a coffee menu with rich flavor that pairs well with this dessert. Baekdabang’s cold brew, made by carefully selecting blended beans and steeping them in cold water for a long time at low temperature to capture the beans' original rich flavor, is served warm to allow customers to enjoy an even richer aroma.
