Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, Receives Appreciation Plaque for Efforts in Creating Educational Environment at Yonggang Elementary School

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, received a plaque of appreciation from Seoul Yonggang Elementary School (Principal Kim Eun-young) on the afternoon of the 3rd. This recognition was given for his consistent efforts to create an excellent educational environment for youth.

The plaque presentation ceremony was organized by the faculty and parents of Seoul Yonggang Elementary School to express gratitude for Mayor Park Gang-su's dedication to strengthening public education competitiveness and fostering the development of an educational city.

In particular, the faculty and parents of Yonggang Elementary School unanimously expressed their thanks, stating, "Since taking office, Mayor Park Gang-su visited Yonggang Elementary School, saw the deteriorated school exterior walls and collapsed school fence, and pledged to take the lead in improving the educational environment for our Mapo children by providing immediate support such as repainting the exterior walls and repairing the fence."
