Hansung Baekje Museum Produces Limited Edition 'Visit Commemorative Admission Tickets'

Produced a Total of 5,000 Copies to Promote Donation Culture

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] The Seoul Hanseong Baekje Museum announced on the 5th that it has produced 5,000 limited edition "Visit Commemorative Admission Tickets" and will distribute them free of charge to the first 30 citizens each day from the 7th to July 30th to promote the culture of museum donations.

The Hanseong Baekje Museum offers free admission and previously did not have separate admission tickets. This time, they specially produced and distributed limited edition "Visit Commemorative Admission Tickets" to widely promote the meaning of artifact donations and the value of sharing.

This event was planned to raise citizens' awareness of the meaning of artifact donations and the value of sharing. Artifact donation holds an important meaning in that "cultural properties owned by individuals are returned to society through donation, allowing many people to appreciate them together, safely preserve them, and pass them on to future generations."

The limited edition "Visit Commemorative Admission Tickets" can be received free of charge by any visitor at the museum entrance information desk, with one ticket given per person. The tickets for February to April and May to July are produced in different colors, aiming to bring the "joy of limited edition collecting" to citizens who frequently visit the museum and ticket collectors. Additionally, photo certification and various raffle events will be held for visitors who collect the tickets, adding enjoyment even after their visit.

The previously operated "Donation Promotion Exhibition Corner" will also be expanded and reorganized into the "New Acquisition Materials Promotion Corner," which introduces various materials based on donated items. Since it is located in the lobby where visitors first enter the museum, more interesting and abundant materials will be selected and newly presented every three months starting from the 7th.

For detailed inquiries related to this ticket distribution event and cultural property donations, please contact the Artifact Science Department of the Hanseong Baekje Museum. Detailed information about the ticket distribution event and others will be announced through the Hanseong Baekje Museum website and official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Blog).

Yu Byungha, director of the Hanseong Baekje Museum, said, "We will continue to prepare various events to encourage citizens' interest and participation in 'cultural property donations,'" adding, "We hope to widely build a consensus on donation culture among citizens and further activate the donation culture."
