[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] BMW Korea announced on the 2nd that it will release a limited edition smartphone, the 'Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition,' in collaboration with SK Telecom.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition is a flagship smartphone model that incorporates the heritage of BMW's high-performance brand 'M,' its distinctive sleekness, and unique design sensibility.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition will be released in a limited quantity of 1,000 units. Pre-orders can be made from February 7 to 13 through SK Telecom's official online mall, T Direct Shop. The official release date is February 17.

This BMW M Edition includes ▲a specially crafted die-casting package ▲a hardcover phone case ▲a multi keyring and seven detachable emblems ▲an M-design car clock that can be inserted into the air vent ▲a car sunshade clip ▲an air pump ▲a metal letter M sticker ▲and a BMW history photobook and poster.
First, the product and goods are provided in a die-casting package that pays homage to the first-generation M3 model 'M3 E30,' which first appeared in 1986. The hardcover phone case is designed inspired by the hood and vertical kidney grille of the current 6th generation M3 model.
When powered on, a dedicated boot-up video featuring the three-color stripe logo symbolizing BMW M plays. The BMW lifestyle membership app, ‘BMW Vantage,’ is pre-installed.
Additionally, six emblems representing BMW’s history and a classic ‘BMW Motorsport’ emblem commemorating the 50th anniversary of the BMW M brand’s birth are applied. The emblems can be attached and detached on the multi keyring included in the limited edition package.
All purchasers will receive a ‘Starter Pack Voucher’ for the BMW Driving Center. At the Driving Center, under the guidance of professional instructors, customers can ride BMW vehicles and learn safe driving tips and dynamic driving skills.
