Nexon Games is developing various new intellectual properties (IPs) targeting overseas markets, including the root shooter game "First Descendant," the third-person shooter (TPS) game "Veiled Expert," and the massively multiplayer online real-time strategy (MMORTS) game "Godsome: Clash of God." They are also developing new titles utilizing representative IPs of Nexon Company, such as "Project DX," which uses the IP of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) "Wild Lands: Durango" developed by Nexon, and "Project DW," an open-world action role-playing game (RPG) based on Neople's "Dungeon & Fighter" IP.
Nexon Games was launched as an integrated corporation on March 31 of last year. Through continuous recruitment of new and experienced employees and Nexon Company's internship program "Nektorial," it has grown into a development company with a total workforce of about 1,000 people. This year, it plans to continuously hire about 300 people annually. Recruitment fields cover all job categories, including client and server programming, game art, game planning, business, and management support. Hiring schedules vary by studio and job category.
