Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 2nd that it will hold the '5mazing Card Festa' event featuring benefits from five affiliated card companies from the 3rd to the 26th. The event includes a mobile application (app) prize event and promotional events from card companies such as Citi, Samsung, Shinhan, Hana, and BC Baro.

Shinsegae Department Store explained, "We planned this event to offer special shopping benefits by gathering all affiliated card benefits in one place, leveraging our strength of providing customized benefits to customers with the largest number of affiliated cards in the industry."

Analysis of last year's usage status of Shinsegae affiliated cards showed that customers who paid with Shinsegae affiliated cards accounted for about half of the total sales. More than 90% of VIP customers with Gold grade or higher used affiliated cards.

During this event, among customers who purchase over 300,000 KRW with Shinsegae affiliated cards, a total of 100 winners will be selected by lottery to receive prizes such as a Shinsegae main store model worth 22 don of pure gold (1 person), Galaxy S23 Ultra (3 people), and Chosun Hotel accommodation vouchers (10 people). A 'Store Tour Package' event will also be held, allowing customers to enjoy experiential facilities at 13 Shinsegae Department Store locations. Major facilities include Megabox at Gangnam Branch, Art & Science Nexperium (science museum) at Daejeon Shinsegae, and the ice rink at Centum City Branch. Coupons can be downloaded through the Shinsegae Department Store mobile app and discounts are applied when paying with affiliated cards.

A large-scale card promotional event targeting engaged couples preparing wedding supplies is also prepared. When paying 2 million, 3 million, 5 million, or 10 million KRW or more for furniture, beds, and other lifestyle categories with Shinsegae affiliated cards, customers will receive gift certificates worth 9.5%, 10%, 12%, or 14% of the purchase amount, respectively. Customers purchasing watches and jewelry will receive 5% gift certificates.

Meanwhile, to mark this event, the 'Shinsegae Puvilla BC Baro Card' featuring four characters from Puvilla and Friends will be newly launched on the 3rd of this month. The Shinsegae Puvilla BC Baro Card, which has no monthly performance or discount limit restrictions, offers an unlimited 1.7% billing discount when paying at Shinsegae Department Store and a 2.7% billing discount at Shinsegae Department Store Academy. To celebrate the first launch, customers paying at Shinsegae Department Store will also receive up to 12 months of interest-free installment benefits.
