At the festival site, a photo zone themed around baby camellia flowers was operated, and visitors participated in experiential activities such as "Writing Wish Papers," where they wrote their New Year's wishes and hung them on trees, and "Writing Postcards to Myself," where winter flower postcards placed in a slow mailbox could be received during the summer flower festival.

Additionally, the Evening Glow Art Museum hosted the "Island Winter Flower Painting Exhibition," and the festival site sold Sinan-gun's agricultural and marine specialty products along with baby camellia souvenirs.

In particular, the unmanned beverage vending stands installed at the Camellia Cafe at the top of the baby camellia forest and the millennium yew resting area inside the bonsai glass greenhouse were operated as honesty shops, beautifully reflecting the mature civic consciousness of visitors who love flowers and bonsai.

Governor Park Woo-ryang said, "The Island Winter Flower Festival, which lasted for over 50 days, has become a representative winter festival of South Korea, attracting many visitors nationwide even amid the winter wind and falling snow," and added, "We thank everyone who visited and hope it became a beautiful memory among 40 million baby camellia flowers."

The 1004 Islands Bonsai Garden is preparing for the spring flower bonsai exhibition, summer flower Crocosmia festival, autumn Korea Bonsai Grand Exhibition, and winter flower baby camellia festival in 2023 as well.
