Indeokwon Purseubiel will be developed with 14 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡, totaling 2,180 households. Among these, 586 units will be available for general sale.
The complex is within walking distance of elementary, middle, and high schools such as Naeson Elementary, Naedong Elementary, Baegun Middle, and Baegun High School. Various educational facilities, including Pyeongchon Academy District, known as the largest academy district in Gyeonggi Province, and Beolmal Library, are also located nearby.
Indeokwon Station on Line 4 is 1.4 km away, and the metropolitan transportation network, including the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, provides easy access to Seoul Gangnam and Gwacheon areas in the metropolitan region. The Indeokwon-Dongtan double-track railway line is scheduled to open in 2026, which is expected to facilitate travel to the southeastern part of Gyeonggi Province.

In particular, Indeokwon Purseubiel is expected to establish itself as a landmark complex that allows residents to enjoy both Pyeongchon New Town and the Indeokwon living area, raising high expectations among demanders."
The model house for Indeokwon Purseubiel will be set up in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, and is scheduled to open at the end of March.
