Shinsegae Food announced on the 1st that delivery sales of No Brand Burger significantly increased due to the record-breaking cold wave last month.


Last month, delivery sales at No Brand Burger stores rose by 11% compared to the previous month. During the same period, delivery sales through the No Brand Burger exclusive app increased by 17%. Shinsegae Food attributes the rise in delivery sales to the continued severe cold, with the perceived temperature dropping to minus 20 degrees Celsius this winter. Consumers feeling the burden of dining out prices also took advantage of various benefits such as set upgrades and price discounts through the No Brand Burger exclusive app.


To continue the popularity of No Brand Burger delivery, Shinsegae Food is holding a special event on Baedal Minjok until the 5th. Customers who purchase No Brand Burger menu items worth 15,000 won or more through the app will receive a 3,000 won discount coupon. Additionally, customers who select the brand as a favorite will be given a coupon for an additional 2,000 won discount on a first-come, first-served basis.


A Shinsegae Food representative said, “Due to the record-breaking cold wave this winter, more customers are enjoying burgers conveniently through delivery,” adding, “We will continue to maintain No Brand Burger’s unique brand concept by enhancing purchase convenience and offering reasonable prices.”
