Hugel Holds Exclusive Toxin and Filler Symposium at International Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Congress

[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Hugel announced on the 1st that it held a toxin and filler exclusive symposium at the 'IMCAS World Congress 2023.'

Now in its 24th year, IMCAS (International Master Course on Aging Science) is one of the world's top three aesthetic surgery societies. It was held in Paris, France, from the 26th to the 28th of last month, with about 14,000 industry professionals participating.

Hugel conducted its first-ever exclusive HA filler symposium at the global conference under the theme "Revolax, Opening a New Horizon of Facial Balance." According to Hugel, the symposium featured lectures on a triple procedure combining HA fillers, botulinum toxin, and lifting threads, attended by more than 100 professionals in the aesthetics and plastic surgery fields.

The symposium began with a lecture on "Facial Anatomy Using Ultrasound" by Professor Heejin Kim from the Department of Oral Biology at Yonsei University College of Dentistry, followed by video procedure lectures including ▲ Dr. Jisoo Kim, director of Doctor Youth Clinic, on "Triple Procedure for Balancing and Lifting the Upper and Lower Face" ▲ Dr. Hoseong Choi, director of Pionah Clinic, on "A Macroscopic Approach for Sophisticated and Balanced Facial Aesthetic Surgery." Subsequently, plastic surgeons and dermatologists shared the excellence of Revolax and procedural know-how, focusing on actual cases. A booth was also set up at the conference venue where attendees could experience the formulation and injection feel of Revolax.

The botulinum toxin product "Retivo" held an exclusive symposium through its partner company, Chroma Pharma. At this event, new research results focusing on the psychological and social changes of patients with glabellar lines in the US and Europe were presented, showing that Retivo not only improves glabellar wrinkles but also alleviates patients' negative psychological states.
