Recruiting First 20 Applicants by the 10th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is recruiting trainees for the ‘2023 Korean Cuisine Cook Certification Course’ starting from the 1st to acquire professional cooking skills and expand employment opportunities in related fields.
Any resident of the county who wishes to obtain the Korean Cuisine Cook Certification can participate, and 20 applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the 10th.
To apply, visit the Agricultural Technology Center’s Citizen Cooking Education Center and submit an application form.
Application forms can be obtained by inquiring at the Industrial Economy Department of the Eup/Myeon Office or by downloading the form from the Hamyang-gun Office website’s county news section or the Agricultural Technology Center website’s notice board.
The education schedule consists of theoretical education and practical training for obtaining the Korean Cuisine Cook Certification and will be held 25 times in total, three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) from March 21 to April 25 at the Citizen Cooking Education Center within the Agricultural Technology Center.
This training will cover essential topics that certified Korean Cuisine Cook holders must know, including theoretical education on food hygiene management and practical training on 31 types of dishes such as fresh deodeok salad, with detailed explanations from the instructor.
