LF Mall Launches 'MY Size' Service... "Proposing My Own Optimal Size"

Life culture company LF announced on the 31st that its lifestyle specialty mall LF Mall will launch the ‘MY Size’ service, which suggests the optimal size for popular products and brands.

LF Mall introduced the MY Size service to improve various customer inconveniences related to sizing. After logging in and entering personal information on My Page, the service suggests the size most frequently chosen by other members based on this data. Additionally, if users link the products they purchased on LF Mall that fit them best, the service proposes sizes by comparing with these representative products when viewing other items.


It is also possible to register sizes for parents, partners, or friends. Each profile can receive optimal size recommendations by category, making it convenient for gift-giving. The MY Size service can be accessed on the LF Mall smartphone app or PC screen without subscribing to any additional services, by checking the size guide area at the bottom of the product information section on each product detail page.


An LF Mall representative said, “The MY Size service is expected to reduce purchase failures due to sizing issues and enable faster product purchase decisions, leading to high customer satisfaction. We plan to continue expanding differentiated services that can further maximize customer satisfaction online.”
