Actor Song Joong-ki (38) is going to become a father.
On the 30th, Song Joong-ki announced his remarriage on his fan cafe, stating, "I have pledged to spend the rest of my life with Katy Louise Saunders (39), who has supported me by my side, cherished me, and shared precious moments together." He continued, "We dreamed together of creating a happy family. We have made many efforts to keep our promises to each other, and thankfully, a precious life has come to us as well."

Song Joong-ki was surrounded by dating and marriage rumors on December 26 last year and acknowledged the relationship. At that time, his agency HighZium Studio refrained from confirming any information other than the dating fact, but both the marriage and pregnancy rumors were true.
Song Joong-ki married actress Song Hye-kyo in 2017 and divorced in June 2019 after one year and eight months. Song Joong-ki and Katy met through an introduction by an acquaintance in 2021 and tied the knot after dating for about two years.
Earlier, Song Joong-ki returned to Korea accompanied by Katy after an overseas schedule, sparking dating rumors.
