The distribution industry is launching discount events on diet products and foods for customers looking to lose weight after the Lunar New Year holiday.

According to the industry on the 28th, Coupang will hold a diet special exhibition until the 30th. This special exhibition is categorized into ▲Diet Challenge ▲Cardio Exercise ▲Yoga & Fitness Wear ▲Strength Training. Coupang Wow members can purchase the special exhibition products at member-exclusive discounted prices. They have focused on preparing low-noise products such as steppers, hula hoops, and dumbbells that can be used for indoor exercise.

The meal management special exhibition will be held until the 29th. You can find 94 products including ready-to-eat chicken breast, diet lunch boxes, chicken breast dumplings, and chicken breast sausages from six carefully selected brands on Coupang. Download coupons are provided for the special exhibition products, offering a 2,000 KRW discount on purchases over 30,000 KRW and up to 3,000 KRW off on purchases over 40,000 KRW. Lotte Mart will sell light ingredients and health foods at discounted prices until the 1st of next month. According to Lotte Mart, sales of vegetables and fruits mainly used in diet meals grew by 15% compared to the previous year from the 1st to the 20th of this month. During the same period, protein supplements that help increase muscle mass grew by 20%. A Lotte Mart official said, “As customers who start dieting and health management in earnest after the Lunar New Year holiday increase, we have prepared a variety of products,” adding, “We hope customers will find various foods necessary for exercise, diet, and healthy eating habits.”
