Applicants can download the application form from the city’s website and submit it.
To check whether an area is designated as a noise countermeasure zone, residents can access the Military Airfield Noise Area Inquiry System and enter their address.
A city official stated, "This is a measure for residents experiencing inconvenience in daily life due to military aircraft such as fighter jets and helicopters," and urged, "Please check whether your area is designated as a military noise countermeasure zone and apply within the deadline so that all eligible residents can receive compensation."
