[Asia Economy Reporter Han Yeju] Samsung Electro-Mechanics stated that the automotive electrification trend will remain valid this year as well.

During the Q4 earnings conference call held on the 25th, Samsung Electro-Mechanics said, "Electric vehicles require three times more MLCCs compared to internal combustion engines, and sales are expected to increase by more than 30% compared to the previous year," adding, "The adoption of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is also expected to expand by 20% compared to the previous year, indicating that the automotive electrification trend will continue to be valid in 2023."
