Lotte GRS is a leading domestic franchise company that has cultivated Lotte Group's food service business for over 40 years since opening the first Lotteria store, Sogong Branch, in October 1979. It is a representative brand that continues to make a mark in the domestic franchise industry by operating approximately 1,330 directly operated and franchised stores nationwide.


The new products utilizing bulgogi, a representative dish of K-food, such as the ‘Hanwoo Truffle Mushroom’ and ‘Double Hanwoo Bulgogi’ burgers, surpassed 1 million cumulative sales within just one month after their launch in June last year.


In particular, the Hanwoo Bulgogi Burger, made with domestically sourced Hanwoo beef, achieved sales about twice as high as expected within a month despite its premium price level, becoming a key driver of sales in the second half of last year.


In fact, in July last year, the burger sales revenue of Lotteria (including direct and franchised stores) exceeded 100 billion KRW in just one month. On July 9 and 10, one week after the launch of the Hanwoo Bulgogi Burger, daily sales reached 5 billion KRW each day, setting unprecedented sales records recently.


This year, Lotteria plans to introduce various menus with K-burgers tailored to Korean tastes to reinforce its image as a leading domestic burger franchise K-brand and as a challenging brand.
