This agreement was made with the aim of expanding a collaborative business model between finance and the travel industry by developing specialized products and sharing channels of both companies in response to the increasing demand for overseas travel. By connecting the mobile apps and online platforms of both Modetour and Shinhan Bank, they plan to offer various benefits such as ▲sharing online currency exchange and travel product sales platforms ▲preferential currency exchange services for Modetour members ▲creating synergy through joint promotions.

Additionally, as part of the travel and finance marketing partnership targeting customers, both companies will share their online and offline advertising media and promote the development of new joint business models and projects.

Yoo In-tae, CEO of Modetour, stated, "We expect a successful collaborative relationship that will allow both companies to demonstrate synergy by creating new customer value through the convergence of finance and travel, and we will actively strive to achieve this."
