Daegu Bank Recruiting 25 Experienced Professionals Including Retired Branch Managers and 5060 New Middle-aged Workers

Corporate Visit Financial Services

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Koo Dae-sun] DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 19th that it will hire 25 experienced employees in their 50s and 60s to provide bank services such as loans and foreign exchange by visiting companies.

They are recruiting sales personnel who will directly visit large and small-to-medium enterprises in need of financial consulting in the form of a "mobile branch on the move." This initiative is meaningful as it provides reemployment opportunities for the 50s and 60s generation who retired from branch manager-level positions at financial institutions, contributing to job creation for the silver generation. It focuses on establishing new growth engines by actively utilizing the diverse experience and know-how of retired financial institution employees.
