Check the Day, Place, and Amount with the Highest Card Usage
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Samsung Card customers will be able to check at a glance the day of the week, amount, place, and discount benefits where they used their cards the most last year.
Samsung Card announced on the 19th that it has launched the '2022 Annual Statement' service.
Accordingly, customers can receive a 'personalized report' that allows them to check their consumption details from last year at a glance. This includes information analyzing customers' spending in various forms, such as total spending amount last year, the day of the week with the highest spending, the date with the highest spending, and the place where the card was used the most. Additionally, through the 'Comparison of Spending Amount with Peer Group' report, customers can see how much more they spent compared to the average spending amount of customers in similar age groups.
Information linked with the Samsung Card application (app) is also provided. First, customers can check their own 'Consumption Tag.' The 'Consumption Tag' is an activity badge provided by Samsung Card based on customers' payment patterns. It consists of tags such as 'Cafe Lover' and 'Pet Butler.' This allows customers to confirm their consumption preferences from last year. Furthermore, customers can also check information such as annual benefits received, points accumulation and usage history.
Along with the launch of this service, a points reward event is being held. Until the 31st of this month, customers who check their personalized report and visit the 'Candy Event Page' can receive two 'Candies,' a type of points. The acquired candies can be exchanged for desired benefits such as Samsung Card points, Monimo 'Monimoney,' or prizes. Detailed information can be found on the Samsung Card app.
A Samsung Card official stated, "We have launched a service that allows customers to check their spending details from the past year from various perspectives based on their 2022 payment data," and added, "We will continue to provide useful services to our customers."
