Shopping Event with Related Organizations and Groups

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province is conducting a Lunar New Year shopping event to revitalize traditional markets.

This event was organized to contribute to stimulating local consumption and to listen to the difficulties of market workers in order to reflect them in the development of county administration.

The event is attended by County Governor Lee Seung-hwa, County Council Chairperson Jeong Myeong-sun, county council members, senior officials, representatives from each eup and myeon, the Nonghyup Sancheong-gun branch, the market merchants' association, and related organizations, who purchase seasonal goods and daily necessities.

Earlier, on the 16th, a shopping event was held at Sancheong Market. On the 18th, 19th, and 20th, events are scheduled to be held at Sanenchung Masil Market, Deoksan Market, and Danseong Market, respectively.

Additionally, during this period, eup and myeon offices where traditional markets are located will also conduct their own shopping events. Along with this, a ‘Traditional Market Onnuri Gift Certificate Refund Event’ is being held simultaneously.

Sancheong-gun is also carrying out campaigns such as ‘Spending a Safe Lunar New Year’ and ‘Promotion of Sancheong Love Gift Certificates’ alongside this shopping event.
