Gwangju Nam-gu Bongseon 1-dong Community Service Cooperative, Delivers 'Love Rice' for Lunar New Year

The Bongseon 1-dong Community Social Security Council in Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Chairman Kim Seok-jin) held a 'Lunar New Year Sharing Event' in front of the Bongseon 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center on the afternoon of the 17th.

The event was attended by about 30 people including Chairman Kim, council members, welfare community leaders, and sponsors, and proceeded in the order of ▲introduction of sponsors ▲delivery of sponsored goods ▲photo session.

The council plans to deliver 100 bags of rice (10kg each), 100 handmade wooden pulleys, and 50 bedding sets prepared respectively by MG Saemaeul Geumgo and the Social Welfare Community Chest to neighbors in need of care.

Chairman Kim said, "I am grateful to the sponsors who shared warm affection for neighbors despite the difficult economic situation," and emphasized, "We will continue to actively identify welfare needs in the region and strive to strengthen support."
