GS Retail announced on the 17th that it will hold the 'Rainbow Box Lunch Concert' with the concept of a visiting office concert in collaboration with Hope Friends Kia Challenge.

The concert will take place at the seminar hall on the 25th floor of GS Tower in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and will be held for 20 minutes from noon, performing four pieces including Hungarian Dance and Arirang, followed by sharing lunch boxes together. The Rainbow Box Orchestra consists of a total of 30 members and provides emotional support through music to children and adolescents who are culturally marginalized due to economic reasons, as well as opportunities to develop hidden talents.

GS Retail and Hope Friends Kia Challenge have been conducting child cultural and emotional support projects through the Rainbow Box program since 2005. GS Retail has supported classical instruments and music education for an average of about 280 children annually at 23 regional children's centers nationwide.

A GS Retail official said, "The Rainbow Box Orchestra is a social contribution program aimed at discovering and supporting the hidden talents of children and adolescents who are culturally marginalized due to economic reasons," adding, "Having provided steady support in the field of music for 18 years, we will continue to strive to ensure that more children receive emotional support."
