Apply for Youth Club Activity Support This Year by the End of This Month
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Wook] Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongnam Province has officially launched the 2023 Youth Policy Package project, starting with the Youth Club Activity Support Project.
Uiryeong-gun is promoting the 'Youth Policy Package,' a Uiryeong Youth Hope Project aimed at creating conditions for young people to settle stably and providing practical support for their overall lives. Last year, it received favorable reviews from youth through various projects such as support for driver's license acquisition costs and support for young small business startups.
The Youth Club Activity Support Project is part of the 'Youth Policy Package' that supports voluntary group activities of young people with common interests. Last year, nine teams were selected and provided with up to 1 million KRW in activity funds.
They engaged in various activities over eight months, including regional revitalization research, startup preparation, and lifestyle hobbies. In December, about 20 young participants gathered to share the results of their club activities and build networks.
This year's club activity support project will recruit from the 16th to the 30th, seeking youth clubs in various fields such as local issues, startups, and hobby activities.
Eligibility requires youth clubs consisting of five or more young people aged 18 to 49 with residency in Uiryeong-gun as of the announcement date. Applications can be submitted by visiting the Youth Policy Department of the Extinction Crisis Response Promotion Team, via email, or through the Uiryeong Youth Online Platform. For more details, please check the announcement section on the Uiryeong-gun website.
